Bandwidth: The automatic test estimates server-to-player throughput at startup using 1 MiB, with one optional 2 MiB refinement. The media ceiling includes safety headroom. Live speed, delivery and buffer stay blank without player telemetry. Reopen the title to retest after changing NetLimiter. Unsupported players or unavailable test capacity use the conservative ceiling; even that can be too high for a very slow connection. Candidates whose bitrate cannot be verified within the ceiling are not started. Source barrier: every enabled addon must finish, error, cool down, or time out before the Smart stream is returned.
